Flagged System Condition Detail
View the details of a flagged condition related to an issue it triggered. Update the issue status and add comments about any progress.
To navigate to this page, click Flagged system condition and then an issue number.
Options
Depending on the flagged condition's configuration, you can access the following options from the menu on the left of Save:

Connect to device: Connect to the device recording telemetry data.

Launch graph: Launch a graph displaying the telemetry data.

View rule definition: See the details of the flagged condition rule that triggered the issue.

Add document: Attach a file by opening your file explorer.

Site Layout: Open the site layout or map where the flagged condition was triggered.
Issue detail
Review key data points and insights related to the flagged condition:

Issue reasons: See the reasons and conditions that caused the flagged condition.

Flagged condition (the instance): View specifics such as the site, trigger block, and timestamp.

Controller information: Get details about the controller, including the component name and site location.

Alarm history: Check the history of alarms to spot patterns or repeated issues.

Flagged condition issue history: Track the timeline of the issue, including all events and updates.
